Feeling guilty, Anna sets out to find Elsa with the help of unlikely allies - a loner ice harvester Kristoff ( Jonathan Groff), his loyal reindeer Sven, and a goofy, sentient snowman named Olaf ( Josh Gad). But when they ask Elsa for her blessing, she scoffs, loses control of her powers, runs up a mountain, and sends the kingdom into an eternal winter. During the coronation festivities, Anna ( Kristen Bell) falls for visiting Prince Hans (Santino Fontana) who immediately proposes. a strategy that works until the king and queen die in a shipwreck and Elsa (voiced by Idina Menzel) must be crowned the new queen. It's not good for kids to think that running away from your problems is ok.įROZEN very loosely borrows from the Hans Christian Andersen fairy tale of The Snow Queen: In a Scandinavian-like kingdom, two young princesses frolic in the first snowfall. Then Anna goes after Elsa leaving her kingdom defenceless against the winter. Elsa start a huge storm in her kingdom and the runs away from everyone. I think there is a great message for young kids, but the characters aren't exactly good role models. It didn't help that people are digging up some stuff about Frozen that make you not want to watch it. And over time with everyone talking about the movie, people start to get sick of it. This makes sure that everyone knows about the movie. Then people talk about the new movie on social media. And here is what happens: when new Disney films get released, everyone goes to watch them. This same pattern happened with Moana, too. And soon people started to dislike Frozen because of how popular its become. But is Frozen really as good as people say? It doesn't seem to be that much different from a lot of Disney movies with love as the moral. The film even won the best animated movie of the year award. When Frozen came out, kids and adults were in love with the story and loveable characters. ![]()
